How to Apply for BPSC 32nd Judicial Service Exam 2023
उम्मीदवारों को आवेदन पत्र एवं संबंधित कागजातों की हार्ड कॉपी आयोग कार्यालय में भेजने की आवश्यकता नहीं है। अभ्यर्थी द्वारा स्वतः हार्ड कॉपी में आवेदन या कोई पूरक कागजात यदि दिया जाता है तो वह हार्ड कॉपी आवेदन / कागजात और उसके आधार पर किया गया कोई दावा अनुमान्य नहीं होगा ।
अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा ऑनलाइन आवेदन में भरे गये शैक्षणिक योग्यता एवं आरक्षण संबंधी दावों को सत्य मानते हुए परीक्षा आयोजित करने की कार्रवाई की जायेगी। ऑनलाइन आवेदन में भरे गये प्रमाण पत्रों की प्रारम्भिक जाँच और मूल प्रमाण पत्रों से मिलान सिर्फ साक्षात्कार के समय ही किया जायेगा। इसके पूर्व इसकी जाँच सामान्यतया नहीं होगी और बाद में जाँच में प्रमाण-पत्र सही नहीं पाये जाते हैं, अथवा अभ्यर्थी द्वारा दिया गया तथ्य / साक्ष्य गलत / त्रुटिपूर्ण पाया जाता है तो अभ्यर्थी का आवेदन रद्द हो जायेगा और इस पर आयोग का निर्णय अंतिम होगा और उस पर अभ्यर्थी को कोई आपत्ति नहीं होगी। साथ ही इस कारण अभ्यर्थी को वर्तमान और भविष्य के लिए अयोग्य घोषित किया जा सकेगा जिसकी पूर्ण जिम्मेवारी अभ्यर्थी की ही होगी।
